Shipping & Returns


What are your shipping rates and do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order.  The total weight and destination is priced across the two methods for delivery. The fastest and most cost effective shipper for your package is then selected for shipment by default unless you select otherwise. 

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer express shipping, however you must contact us by phone, fax or email to get a quote.

What is F.O.B.?
 F.O.B. means Freight on Board, which means you will pay the shipping charges on the items that you purchase and we ship to you. You may also be charged F.O.B. on drop shipped orders as well.

How are your packages delivered?
We use reliable shipping companies to ship all orders. Currently, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service of America (UPS) to ship orders from our location to all parts of the United States and Canada.

How long until my package is delivered?
The stock on website is an indication of items available via our physical stock and supplier stock. Normal processing time is 48 business hours, plus shipping time frame of 3-10 business days. This is after payment has been confirmed. On average we find most orders will be received in 5-10 business days. Large orders may take more time in processing and shipment. Priority shipping is available upon request. Please use our contact form to make arrangements and receive custom pricing!

What if my shipment is lost?
If your shipment is lost in transit, you may apply for a refund or reorder. Please notify us of your concern and we will contact the delivery service to track your package.

What if the package is damaged in transit?
If your package should become damaged in transit on its way to you, you can return the package in the condition that it arrived to you. If your entire package is damaged you may refuse the package and it will be returned to us. Any returns or refusals should be given a minimum of 5 business days for delivery and processing.

Can you ship to Canada and Internationally?
Yes. However, the Candaian or International Customer will need to contact us either by phone, fax or email so that we may quote the appropriate freight and shipping charges. We do ship certain products free of charge in the United Strates, but we are unable to extend this service to Canadian or International Customers.We are not responsible for additional duties that may apply, all order are subject to refusal or special payment requirements. You will be responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by the your country's customs officials. We have no way to pre-pay or predict those fees. We will not mark a package as "Gift" or falsify values. Separate charges may apply, and you will be notified via e-mail prior to you order being charged or accepted.

Can you ship to APO's?
Yes, we can ship to any valid APO address.

Do you send international orders?
Yes, however you will need to contact us either by phone, fax, or email. We will then send a quote to you for the total price of the products plus the freight and shipping charges. You may then contact us again with your payment and shipping instructions.


How do I return products?
Please complete our contact form to make arrangements for returns.

How long does it take to get a refund?
If your order needs to be changed or canceled, we can usually refund charges to your credit card provider within 72 hours. Actual posting to your credit card is dependent on your credit card providers processing times. Refunds for checks and money orders take a short while longer depending on mail delivery times.

*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the product if order has already shipped prior to a refund being issued.
