Shipping: We offer free shipping on all non - FOB items. FOB stands for Freight On Board and applies to oversize items and items that have weight. You will see FOB next to the price. FOB means you will pay the shipping charge to send your merchandise from us to you.
All orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS with exception to the following items: orm-d items, blankets, needles, items going to racetracks, glass, liquids or anything over 2 lbs. If you would like your order to go UPS make a note in your order at checkout. All orders over $100 will be shipped UPS. We do offer next day and two day air shipping please select the correct shipping method during checkout and a customer service representative will contact you with shipping costs.
Same day shipping is standard on most in-stock orders placed by 3pm. If an item is out of stock, we will back order the item and it will ship as soon as possible.
All international customers and customers outside of the contiguous United States including Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be contacted with the shipping charges within 48 hours of your order. The shipping charges are charges to the border. The charges do not include duties and taxes that will be charged by your country.
Vaccines:
Vaccines are shipped from The Harness Shop Online Monday - Wednesday. Vaccines are temperature sensitive items that require insulated packaging and expedited shipment. Freight charges varies by state.

Any vaccine order of $300 or more will be shipped FREE!
No Vaccines Ship to HI or AK
Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST for same day shipping
Vaccines are shipping in an insulated pouch with ice packs to assure that they arrive safely. When you receive your order the packs will have melted, but will have done their job. Please unpack your vaccines as soon as they arrive and refrigerate until use
Special Note - Rabies vaccine can no longer be shipped to AA, AE, AK, AL, AR, AS, CA, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, PR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WV, WY. We apologize for any inconvenience .Rabies vaccines do not come with a tag or license.
Vaccines are non-returnable.
Handling: All non-FOB orders under $70.00 will be assessed a $6.50 handling charge.
Custom Orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of custom items. Please allow more time during the holiday season.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money order or you can mail in a check. If you choose to do Money Order or pay by check please select “Terms” during checkout and we will contact you.
Pricing Policy: Prices are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuation. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted. The Harness Shop Online reserves the right to limit free items and/or gift cards on certain promotions. You will be contacted for approval by The Harness Shop Online in the event that there is an discrepancy with an item on your order.
